The ARA SPB-3a Parking Barrier now allows you to remotely control the barrier located towards the front of the car spot. The parking barrier is a great deterrent that clearly suggests that uninvited guests are not authorized to park within your spot.
When activated at just the click of a button, the barrier climbs from its closed position to a third of a meter into the air. Perfect for basement car parks, apartment complexes, medical, dental or any other types of clinics that experiences difficulties in accessing their designated car spaces.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Manual Disengagement – A manual override is available should your not be able to access the remote transmitter, or experience a dead battery in time of need.
- Anti-Collision Safety Sensor – The Parking Barrier will stop when pressure is applied while in up or down motion, avoiding damage to your car.
- Remote Controlled Operation – No hard to use bolts, locks or cumbersome keys here, easily raise or lower the guard with the easy to use remote control key-ring transmitter.
- Rechargeable Batteries – Equipped with a strong large capacity 12 volt battery, the rechargeable unit has an approx. 8hour charge cycle which should operate the unit for months on end.
- Low Charge Audible Alarm – When the battery is low it will give you an audible warning that it is time to charge. This will prevent you from using the unit without available charge.
- Emergency Hex Key & Toolbox- If for any reason the unit does not operate, there is an emergency hex key that you can use to operate the unit manually.
- Low Standby Power Usage – Designed in Australia the unit is set to provide the lowest standby power consumption, maximizing its life cycle before re-charge is required.
